Return Policy:

Tom & Darin prioritizes providing its customers with the best shopping experience to enrich their lives. Due to the inability to reuse or resell opened or used products, items cannot be returned to the seller once delivered.

In cases of extreme product damage during transit (leakage/breakage/missing items), a refund/exchange can be initiated following a thorough verification of the refund policy.

Refund Policy:

Tom & Darin bears no responsibility for any damage occurring after the delivery of the products.

To process claims for missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect products, an unboxing video with the original packaging is mandatory.

To claim a refund, please contact our customer care at 9923030233 or email us at care@floressence.in with the necessary images and videos related to your claim, using the subject line "Refund For [Order Number]".

If a package is tampered with, damaged, or defective, kindly refuse to accept it from the delivery partner on the spot.

If an order is marked as delivered but not received by the customer, please contact the customer care team at 9923030233 within 3 days of the product being marked as delivered. No refunds will be issued after this period.

Refunds do not include the delivery charge, as they are non-refundable by delivery partners.

Claims for a refund must be made within 24 hours of order delivery, including all necessary details.

If approved, your refund may take up to 15 days to be credited from the date of refund acceptance by Tom & Darin.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders placed through the online store cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
